JESUS IS WITH US ALWAYS
Mat 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
We are taught here by the lord Jesus Christ to go out into the world and preach the gospel.
We are taught by Jesus Christ to evangelize and try to win souls for His kingdom.
The preaching of the gospel is mandatory for each and every Christian.
The lost are everywhere and God expects us to try and use our gifts that He has granted us and try to lead them to repentance.
Failing to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, and failing to warn the wicked from the error of his way is sin.
God expects us to open our lips and preach the word of God. It does not matter whether the unbelievers reject it or accept it, that will be their business, but our part is to open our lips and try to reach out to a dying world.
The Lord Jesus Christ has not forsaken the earth. Because iniquity is rampant, it does not mean that the Lord Jesus Christ is not watching, aware, or He is not alive.
The Lord Jesus Christ is not punishing sin because the Spirit of Grace is still effective. The lord expects the sinner to use the Spirit of grace effectively and proceed to repentance after coming to the knowledge of the truth.
The Lord Jesus Christ is not quick to punish sin because He is a loving and a long suffering God and He wants everyone to proceed to repentance and inherit everlasting life.
The presence of the Lord Jesus Christ is manifested in our lives by His Spirit. The Lord Jesus Christ promised us the gift of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit enables Christians to walk in the narrow path of salvation.
The Holy Ghost brings conviction of sin to sinners when the word of God is spoken out to them and also convicts us Christians when we stray from the narrow path of salvation.
The Holy Ghost is responsible for convicting sinners of their sins.
The word of God tells us that the lord Jesus Christ promised to send his followers the Holy Spirit and when the Holy Spirit comes, He will reprove the world of sin, righteousness and judgment.
The presence of Jesus is always with us when we are carrying out any of His work.
The word of God tells us that where two or three are gathered in His name, there He is in the midst of them.
When you are gathered anywhere and you are more than one and you are talking and doing the works of our lord and savior Jesus Christ, you can rest assured that Jesus Christ is in your midst.
Mat 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
By the words of the lord Jesus Christ we are encouraged to do His work courageously, because Jesus Christ is in our midst. The lord Jesus Christ always protects us from the wicked one.
When you are living holy according to the instructions given by the word of God, the lord Jesus Christ protects you and nothing bad can happen to you that is beyond His control.
The wicked one is always trying to destroy us like the word of God tells us, He comes to kill, steal and to destroy but if you please God by keeping His commandments, He will keep you during tempting moments and hazardous situations.
Pro 2:7 He layeth up sound wisdom for the righteous: he is a buckler to them that walk uprightly.
Pro 2:8 He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.
The lord Jesus Christ also protects us with His angels. Those who fear God derive the benefit of protection. The word of God tells us that the angels of the lord encamper around those who fear the lord and they deliver them.
Psa 34:7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
Psa 91:9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
Psa 91:10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
Psa 91:11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
Psa 91:12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Psa 91:13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
We as believers should preach the true gospel of our lord saviour Jesus Christ without fear of opposition because Jesus is always backing us up.
We should not fear to rebuke sin and condemn evil in the society because of what sinners might do or say.
Let the promise of Jesus Christ comfort us and cheer us up in the face of distress and tribulations because we are not alone.
If the lord Jesus Christ allows something to happen to His followers it is by His will and it is for our own good.
In some situations the Lord may want us to come back home that is, in His kingdom.
Remember the case of John the Baptist when he was beheaded because he rebuked Herod for taking Herodias, Philip's wife. God allowed John the Baptist to die so that He would come back home.
Everything that happens to true born again Christians is by the will of God and one way or another it is beneficial to them. The lord Jesus Christ is the king of the universe and anything goes on by His approval.
No power comes but from above. The lord has vowed that none of His sheep shall perish. Jesus Christ knows His followers, and his followers know the Lord.
Our union with the Lord Jesus Christ is the same as the union that the Father of Lights has with the Lord Jesus Christ.
We as Christians, should feel encouraged and happy by Jesus words because He is always with us, protecting us and keeping us till the end of the world.
Jesus is with us always.
